How PeacePay Compares to the Alternatives

Pricing Questions — Answered

The fee is charged at the moment the courier enters the correct OTP and settlement executes. Before that moment — during PeaceLink creation, buyer payment, delivery assignment, or dispatch — zero fees are charged to any party.

If a dispute is filed after OTP confirmation, the fee has already been earned. PeacePay fees are not reversed on dispute resolution — this matches card network behavior (Visa does not refund interchange on chargebacks). The merchant may issue a refund from their wallet, but PeacePay's fee remains.

The minimum amount to be cashed out is 150 EGP.

Merchants cash out from their PeacePay wallet to any registered Egyptian bank account or mobile wallet (Vodafone Cash, etc.). Admin review is required for security. The fee is 1% + 3 EGP per withdrawal.

  • The minimum PeaceLink item price is 50 EGP (admin-configurable). The delivery fee has no minimum and can be zero for free delivery offers.
  • The maximum PeaceLink value is 50,000 EGP (item price + delivery fee combined).
